The 10-Chain Straps are designed to hold up to 10 chains on the bottom 5 loops, with additional space in the adjuster loops to add even more chains.
Serious athletes understand the strength benefits of incorporating chains into their bench press or squat routine. The 10-Chain Straps are built specifically for this, easily wrapping around any standard or specialty bar to allow for over 10 chains on each side. These straps are adjustable to fit different lifter heights, and the chains can be positioned in the adjuster loops to target specific weak points in your lift.
Beyond the main lifts, the 10-Chain Straps can add an extra challenge to nearly any exercise and even serve as a standalone alternative to traditional dumbbell movements, such as bicep curls or triceps extensions.
